I cannot think of a better style of music to initiate a binge or pre party. From Herbie Hancock to Felguk, Electro is a genre of music that kick-started so many styles we rage to today. And much like the way we danced on our first "date", Electro is upbeat, full of funk, and sparks a light within our souls.
In the pursuit of aesthetic perfection, my next series will delve into the design mastery of H.R Giger and Drum&Bass. Both of which are new interests of mine, as of 2016. Maybe I'll create masterpieces to be cherished through out the pantheon of human history, or maybe I'll just look like a poser. You decide.
Merry Bicycle Day! I hope you all have been trippy so that Father LSD Clause leaves gifts of glee on your couch!
Today we celebrate Albert Hoffman's discovery of Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD)
Regardless of public opinion on psychedelics, we cannot refute the fact that acid has, and still persists to embed inspiration into humanities creativity and cultural movements.
I personally owe much of my career and prosperity to this unstable substance. I see color so vividly, I see patterns and depth within all matter, and I've gained a courageous appreciation for life's uncontrollable chaos.
To all my friends who may have prepared liquid love for today's fuckery, please stay safe, help eachother, and rememebr why Albert Hoffman called LSD his "Problem Child"
Stay trippy, fam! (listen to psytrance)
If you pay to have my artwork permanently branded upon your body, everything on my site becomes free for you. Fair trade for a lifetime of advertisement wink emoticon
I do hope that the tattoo serves as a positive symbol for years to come.
Thanks @Jake_C_Glass and tattooist, Kyle Cotterman for taking this piece to the next level! Looks amazing!
The 20 Day Binge is a project I have wanted to do for years. The entire project has compromised my sanity, my finances, and my reputation. Though the pay off has been all worth while...
More apparent than ever, I see psychedelics have changed my core being. I am more open, honest, empathetic, forgiving, and courageous.
I am perpetually in awe at the beauty surrounding us on a daily basis.
I have let go of the of trying to reach originality.
I understand that every action is a reaction. We are all bouncing off one another, so it is better to support and share rather than scheme against perceived competition.
When facing a challenge, I am reminded that difficult is not the same as bad.
Above all else, I have found my definition for Love, a driving force that is so difficult to consistently define.
For me, Love is not limited to sex and romance. Love is dedication to uplifting a person or idea to help them achieve their highest potential.
Thank you all for supporting me in reaching my goals.
I leave heart and mind open and eager to return the favor.
Who knew a porch decoration could be so intense!?
Good people do drugs. Bad people take all the credit.
There are certain experiences I've had that I will never experience again. For instance the first few times you take acid or mushrooms (let us assume), you will see and hear hallucinations so vivid you can almost touch them. Then you become accustomed to the psychedelic high. You begin casually taking acid because its there, its easy, its just "whatever" no big deal. And then you realize all the awe and wonder of the psychedelic is gone. Its just another party favor. You may slow your roll for awhile, but you cant help but try taking that psychedelic again every so often because you hope that your mind will be blown once again, like it was. Whether your experience is psychedelic or not, This just means you need to apply what you've learned from your blissful moments into the real world. Move on.
25i-NBOMe is an exception. There has never been a time I have taken 25i and not had my mind fucking blown! I always know if I am to take 25i, I should hide my wallet, not look at facebook, make sure music is always playing no matter the cost, and make sure the entire house is clean or else you will witness; your roomate's half eaten burrito turn into an alien's nebulous scrotum, bleeding a river of melted rainbows. But since I took the necessary precautions, my mind blowing experience did not involve extra-terrestrial genitals.
A couple recent mind blowing experiences I had were yesterday when I discovered, I love vector, and creating new art is like 25i in the sense that I know it will always leave me feeling intensely, mentally, joyful.
If you'd like to support my creative addiction , you do so by checking out this print I made alongside the 20 day Binge and think about what it would look like augmented upon your wall.
I was stubborn enough to try and create art on DMT. I taped my pen to my finger and organized a whole array of easily manipulated vectors and assets that I could play with in case I forgot how to art.
